ASHTON BILLIARDS warrants each billiard table against defects in material and workmanship for the Lifetime of the billiard table. This warranty includes the table frame, legs, rail system, cushion rubber, exterior and interior framing, hardware, and the slate playfield. Normal wear and tear, cloth and pockets are specifically excluded from this warranty. This warranty is extended to the original owner who shall present proof of purchase to ASHTON BILLIARDS with any claim under this warranty. ASHTON BILLIARDS will repair or replace at its sole discretion any billiard table part deemed defective.

ASHTON BILLIARDS MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES,

Conditions and Limitations:

• This warranty is non-transferable.
• Normal wear and tear are not covered
• The billiard table must be installed, serviced and moved only by authorized ASHTON BILLIARDS installers. Failure to do so shall void warranty.
• Warranty doe not apply to damage caused by misuse, carelessness, neglect, improper treatment, acts of God, or any natural disaster.
• Warranty does not apply to tables used for commercial purposes unless otherwise stated directly on invoice and in writing from ASHTON BILLIARDS.
• Warranty does not apply to tables sold as floor models or clearance sales.
• ASHTON BILLIARDS must preauthorize in advance all warranty repairs and/or replacements.
• Only the defective part shall be repaired or replaced. Nothing in this warranty shall be construed to infer in any way that a new billiard table will be provided.
• No replacement billiard table is provided during repair period.

ASHTON BILLIARDS neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for ASHTON BILLIARDS any obligation or liability in connection with said billiard table and this warranty. ASHTON BILLIARDS shall not be liable for any oral or statutory warranties or for punitive or exemplary damages resulting from or in any manner relating to the table, its use, or any breach of this warranty.
